GOLDEN OAK SIDEBOARD - Circa 1890 Renaissance Revival/Arts & Crafts Transitional, Quartersawn, no maker's mark, two-part, the upper part having relief carved leaves and ivy on the backing board, a top shelf supported by a bronze finished corbel, a large lower shelf over a beveled mirror, supported by twist and leaf carved tapered columns, capped by cannonball finials; the cabinet with molded overhanging top, two drawers with lavender velvet lining, over two cabinet doors, with carved details and panels, full-width lower drawer, all with substantial ornate bronze finish hardware, with panel sides, square molded feet. 77" tall overall, 66" x 26", 40" working surface. Very good condition, some ring stains to top, cabinet drawers drilled for knobs (not original).
