Loo (Lu Huanwen, Lujiadou, China, Paris, 1880-1957), a partial circular tag at the back marked "Paris", the diminutive cabinet with a fretwork gallery top enclosing a figural painted scene above three drawers with red lacquer interiors, two lower doors open to the shelved interior, all raised on brass capped bracket feet, slight damage to fretwork, 35.25"h, 18.75"w 12"d *Provenance: From the estate of Don Yarton (Ohio, Texas, 1941-2013), internationally recognized antiques dealer and designer who operated shops in Dallas, Houston and San Antonio* *Note: Loo was a controversial supplier of art from mainland China.
