The tray is surrounded by multiple geometric divisions on a slightly raised border. Central is an ancestor face adorned with scarifications. The Ifa Divination Tray shows good signs of traditional use. The tray has a honey brown patina. Trays such as this were used in soothsayer ceremonies.
