A fascinating toy made of cast iron frame, tin open cart and hand painted all wood figure, the large spoke wheels allows nice motion, paint details to cart are blue and red striping, the maker is unknown although a few collectors have suggested it might be an Ives prototype. Having once belonged in the Tom Anderson Collection, its rarity hailing from an old time collection is quite opportunistic. 16" l.
