Description
A jug with a horned devil with a grotesque expression on the front, and a snake writhing up the back for the handle. This is a wonderful example of American folk art pottery from the famous potters community of Seagrove, North Carolina. United States, 2004; signed on bottom "Storm/2004/Seagrove, N.C./Que Sera Sera" (the inscription translates to "what will be will be.") Dimensions: approx. 5-1/2" W x 7-1/2" L x 9" H.
Condition
In good condition; one repair on one horn from a chipped tip.
