A selection of eight mainly 19th century portrait plaques, to include an oval-shape hand painted copper panel depicting Jesus with a crown of thorns, an oval-shape hand painted panel depicting the portrait of a gentleman, together with six further panels. One AF. Lengths 7.4 to 4.1cms.

Overall condition fair. Some surface wear and discolouration in keeping with age/general wear. Due to the number of items in this lot it is not possible to provide a full condition report. First with crazing and scratches to the hand painted surface, scratches and green staining to the reverse. Losses to the white enamel border on two panels. Jet panel broken and fractured, ceramic panel slightly loose and fractured, glue repairs. One comprising carved dyed mother-of-pearl.
