A natural amber bead necklace, designed as forty-nine graduated amber beads measuring 10 to 28mm. Length 80cms. Weight 84.5gms.

We believe the amber to be old material. Overall fairly good condition, with some light surface scratches and minor nicks from general wear. Two of the smaller beads would have originally been the entry screw part of an amber clasp. Some of the beads have small chips around the drill holes, two of the beads have a more noticeable chip near the drill hole. The beads are generally a dark yellow to medium orange colour, two of the beads are a dark orange colour. The beads are mainly opaque.
