An excellent quality T.C. Brown Westhead Moore and Company Chinese style garden seat c.1875, modeled with three scroll legs topped with fantastic Foo dogs with an apron with Chinese panels in yellow and cobalt blue, the top decorated with geometric Oriental designs in cobalt blue, yellow, and brown, all supported by a sloping footed brown base with a cobalt top and Chinese ornament picked out in yellow and green. The design probably the work of Mark V. Marshall who produced a number of pieces for T.C. Brown Westhead and Moore
