Condition consistent with age and use. Not examined out of frame. Stretcher mark is visible around edge of canvas. Canvas is slightly warped. Craquelure is observed throughout. A few scattered centimeter sized losses to paint are observed, especially along the edges. An outline of the figure is visible on the verso. Two ½ inch spots of apparent inpainting are observed in the figure’s face, on the chin and cheek. A distinguished example.
