Cape Cod artist David Laakso created this light impressionistic vision of a cranberry bog around 1990. Laakso was promote as one of the better Cape Cod artists in the 1980's when he was represented by galleries in Provincetown and Wellfleet. This painting typifies the coloration and loose painting style for which he is best known. The oil painting is in excellent condition, signed on the front and back, and titled Cranberry Daze on the back. It is in its original white-washed wood frame, which has some separations in the corners but is otherwise in good condition. Canvas size is 8"x16". Frame size is 11.5"x19.5" Item ID: COL-15
