Printed copy of the Emancipation Proclamation with small portion of album page affixed to back of second page, as a result of previously being mounted inside scrapbook; some light corner and edgewear to document, with loss along right edge, near center of document. Corner and edgewear to printed document issued by Lincoln to Congress in March 1862. Wear to paper wrappers of Liberty or Slavery pamphlet, with partial separation along fold and some tearing along edges and near top left corner of cover, completely separated from interior pages; some light staining on paper wrappers and within interior pages.
