Description
English, circa 1910-20, an impressive house with rich architectural detailing including the symmetrical wings with deep upper and lower bays and roof lines with widow's walk and capped chimneys, arched door framing and Juliette balcony with French doors and lithographed brick pattern paper on sides and back of house The split front opens to a 4 room interior with center hall with proper staircase. The nicely portioned rooms each measuring 12" w. x 14" d. x 11" t. all with fireplaces and retaining original floor and wall papers and period if not original net lace curtains in the deep bays. A fairly scarce large variation of this style produced by the company and is pictured on pages 66-67 of The Goodman House Museum © Libby Goodman
