A GROUP OF ASIAN CAST AND WORKED METAL ARTICLES
Of likely Sino-Tibetan and Southeast Asian origin, comprising two betel nut boxes, the first a circular hinged bronze vessel with spire finial, the second a stylized fish-form hinged metal box with divided interior, raised on four legs terminating in wheels, together with a pair of Asian cast metal riding stirrups, having an opposing dragons motif above the lower platform, and a Japanese cast metal trefoil-form open censer, the exterior having repeating geometric motif throughout, and raised on three feet.
