Description

We are very pleased to offer this spectacular and large hand fashioned brass bucket (fire bucket?) with a tall wrought iron handle. Our wonderful bucket is fitted with a triangular riveted name plate, and it appears that this is dated 1880. We have difficulty in identifying a maker, but at the bottom their almost seems to be an ASME impression, which as we all know stands for the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, that certifies pressure vessels. Maybe our informed buyers will know. The weight of our bucket is 5# 12 oz. and measurements 12.75 x 9 x 20 inches tall.
