Rare prospectus for the mining company operating out of Goldfield, Nevada, with capital stock of 1,000,000 shares with a par value of $1 per share. The mining property is described and pictured, as are mule-drawn freight trains for carrying ore, etc. Two unused subscription forms laid in. OCLC/WorldCat lists only three copies, at the Denver Public Library, the University of Nevada at Las Vegas, and at Yale.
