Description

A Cast Iron Elephant Howdah (Pull Tail) Mechanical Bank Manufactured by the Hubley Mfg. Co., ca. 1934, Place a coin in the end of the elephant's trunk. Pull his tail and the trunk swings over his head and deposits the coin in the front of the howdah. Together with a cast iron Magic Man elephant bank.
Largest dimensions: h: 5 5/8 x w: 9 x d: 3 in.
Provenance: The Collection of Mr. James N. Seidelle.

Condition

Note condition: areas of paint loss, wear, grime, age and new paint. Please see photographs.
