Description

A Cast Iron Creedmoor Mechanical Bank Manufactured by J. & E. Stevens Co., ca. 1877, Place the coin in proper position on the barrel of the gun. Press the right foot and the coin is thrown into the opening of the tree, which is the bull's eye of the target. As the coin enters the tree, it strikes a gong bell.
Dimensions: h: 6 1/2 x w: 10 x d: 2 3/4 in.
Provenance: The Collection of Mr. James N. Seidelle.

Condition

Note condition: areas of paint loss, wear, grime, age and new paint. Please see photographs.
