A beauitful depiction of a woman with quiver of arrows, likely the Goddess Diana, resting on a rouge marble base, having bronzed band heavily embossed with cherubs playing various instruments, with pinecone finials and gilt decorated rosettes, interior works marked "Lemerle Charpentier, Fant de Bronzes, 301, Paris", measures 21.5"H, circa late 19th century. Condition: with light surface wear and minor losses at corners, could use a good cleaning, face lacking one hour marker.
