Description

Leaving The Hills is the title of this atmospheric etching by Scottish painter David Farquharson (1839-1907). It is signed in the plate, titled in the lower margin, and presented mounted in a new gold mat and its original frame. Frame size is 22"x28" The print is newly matted with non-acidic materials, and installed with the original glass in the original fluted gold wood frame. The print has minor discoloration from the old mat, and the frame has a few dings and minor imperfections which have been touched-up to make it presentable. Item ID: 4196AUT
