Description
A set of 12 Louis XV pattern forks made by Whiting Manufacturing Co. (American/ New York, 1866-1926). Pattern was first manufactured in 1891. Monogram on front of each piece "F.G.S.". Inscribed on back of each piece, likely from a retailer, "G.H. Solomon", maker's mark, and "Sterling". Approximately 6 7/8 inches long. Approximately 13.8 troy ounces._x000D_
