Description
American, Early 20th century. Oak wood and glass display case intended for display and storage of cane and walking sticks with hinged curved glazed door on front that lifts to access ball and spindle gridded interior above wainscoting at back and circular recessed niches at bottom, overall raised on wheeled castors. Approximate height 48.75", width 25", depth 19".
Condition
Losses to wood in scattered places including left interior joint at front of door, underside of hinged door, and back slat board. Glass panels are later replacements. Wear to front right corner. Oxidation and wear to wheeled casters.
