Pure luxury from Chanel
This rabbit fur muff stands for the luxury of Chanel and everything the French fashion company embodies. The muff features a white CC logo on the front and a 15 cm (5.9 inch) long sipper pocket on the back, which holds essentials such as a Chanel lipstick. A long chain maximizes the comfort of wear. The chain is intertwined with a thin fabric ribbon and refers to Chanel's classic Flap Bags, where a leather string is intertwined with the metal chain. The muff protects your hands from the cold winter air and can also be worn as a bag. A special accessory for a special woman!
The piece is in excellent, almost new condition. The measurements are 29 x 26 cm (11.4 x 10.2 inch) and the opening is 12 cm (4.7 inch). The metal chain has a length of 106 cm (41.7 inch) and is detachable. The muff comes in a beautiful Chanel hat box.
CHANEL
Gabrielle Bonheur Chasnel, also known as Coco Chanel, is one of the most influential fashion designers of the 20th century. Known for her avant-garde and seductive style during the 1920s, her trend setting designs paved the way for what fashion has become today. Coco Chanel became the first great couturière because she adopted a new androgynous style made out of jersey. By the early 20s, Chanel launched her signature cardigan jacket and the following year matched its success with her versatile, semi-formal "little black dress”. Both pieces quickly became a Chanel trademark and an enduring fashion standard. To the jacket, she added the luxury Chanel Classic Flapbag 2.55, named after its launch in February 1955. Coco Chanel died on 10 January 1971 at the Hotel Ritz in Paris where she had a residence for more than 30 years. Since 1983, Karl Lagerfeld has been creative director of Chanel's fashion house. His contemporary creations are marked by unconventionality, perfectionism and uniqueness.
