Condition consistent with age and use. Cover is observed with discoloration throughout, and small losses, especially along the edges. Pencil markings are noted on the insides of the front and back covers. Black spots are observed on page edges, with some foxing noted, especially on the first several pages. Pages are out of order starting at 39, and continuing as follows: 41, 40, 43, 42,45,44,47, with 46 now lacking. Some warping is noted to the bottom of the pages, with a tear noted to the outer edge of page 14. An interesting example.
