AFRICAN CARVED BOAR'S TUSK - Early 20th c., relief carved with 17 figures of travelers on a spiral route, including a boy with a dog on leash, a father nit-picking his son's hair, a man in European uniform working wood with an adze, a woman carrying a man on her back, two men with a machete and flag carrying small kegs, four men with rifles confronting each other, a man in a canoe, two men walking, a monkey, and a man at top who has lost his head. 9 1/2" long, shrinkage cracks.
