Description
'HOOSIER' STYLE KITCHEN CABINET - Circa 1905 Two-Part Utility Cabinet by Macdougall Mfg Co of Frankfort, Indiana, the chief competitor to Hoosier Co. In solid golden oak with the original tag at top, three doors with yellow slag glass above panel, original brass latches and steel hinges. The lower portion of the upper cabinet with (broken) drop tambour roll front, inverted glass flour jar in rack, three green glass bottles on shelf, pale yellow interior. The lower cabinet has a slide-out white enamel top with blue granite edge, wide drawer on left with cabinet below having panel door, two shelf interior, wire basket on door interior, three graduated drawers on right, the cabinet raised on long legs with wooden casters, 33" to working surface, 72 1/2" tall overall, 40 1/2" x 27", very good conditon, refinished exterior.
