Description
A porcelain handpainted vase / jar from Eckart Hütte. Made by Bauscher Weiden. The vase is decorated with floral sprays. The opposing side written "Hutte Dietrich Eckart" (Hutte, German translation Cottage or Lodge). The underside stamped with the Bauscher Weiden ciphers, surrounded by the words Modell Des Amtes Schonheit Der Arbeit (a pre-war mark used in Germany, correctly translated in context it means; model approved by the office for pleasant work). The vase measures 7.25" high, 7" in diameter.
