PRESSED BALL AND GROOVE FLOWER STAND / VASE, medium amethyst, deep hexagonal bowl with pulled and flared six-petal rim and slightly ovoid lower bull's eyes, raised on a hexagonal, flared foot, polished pontil mark, single-piece construction. United States, Pennsylvania or Boston & Sandwich Glass Co. Circa 1845-1865. 5 5/8" H, 3 1/2" DOA rim, 2 3/4" DOA foot.
