Fran. de Luchi one of the Consignees of freight which was charged on the Ship Topaz to claim such freight from the person who might have taken possession of it in virtue of any document he held unless upon investigation 'his proceeding should be found to have been honest' - from personal conversion with you we do not doubt the fact that they are so in your opinion; and you will oblige us & satisfy the mind of Mr. Luchi if you will comply with this letter and state in your answer the character of Don Manuel Vasquez who is the person in question and which we shall transmit to Cadiz…"" Comes with attached integral address completed in his hand to ""His Catholic Majestys Consul…""Although signed ""James & T.H.
