Best who is leaving the RSHA in France due to a conflict with Himmler and Heydrich thanks Daluege for his camaraderie and ""...trustful relationship which is one of the few positive experiences to remember..."" and sends Daluege his paper ""The German Police"" which contributed to the end of his career with the RSHA. File holes and a few marginal chips and tears else very good. Very rare in this position!
