Done by the well listed 19th century British Watercolor artist Malcolm Crouse. Signed and titled lower right - M.Crouse, in pencil. Comes framed and matted, under glass, in what is most likely it's original period framing. Wooden backing. Measurements: Approx. 24" x 18.25" framed, the scene is about 14.25" x 8.5"
