Pre-Columbian, Costa Rica, Nicoya, ca. 400-600 CE. Early and beautiful formative terracotta water ladle/pitcher depicting a zoomorphic finial on stone polished handle, having a dish on end with three bird heads attached to rim. Size: 14" L x 7" W.
