A RARE PAIR OF FAMILLE ROSE PORCELAIN TEA BOWLS AND COVERS
JIAQING SEAL MARKS IN IRON RED AND OF THE PERIOD (1796-1820)
Each bowl has deep rounded sides that rise to a slightly everted rim, and are finely decorated on the exterior with three enameled butterflies hovering above three Chinese yellow melons against a white ground.

Good condition, no repairs, one tiny chip to the inside rim on one of the tea bowls.

Six character Jiaping seal mark under feet and on lids. One bowl with minor flake to rim. Size 4 5/8" wide X 3 1/2" tall w/ lid
