This pair of candlesticks comes from the house Walker & Hall, Sheffield, created in 1920. On a square, flat foot rises the conical ascending shaft concluding in crater-vase-shaped candle holders. Foot and Abacus are each circumferentially decorated with ornamental classical meander frieze.
The candlesticks are stamped on the foot with hallmarks, maker's mark ‘W & H’ and date letter C. They are in good condition, the foot zones of both candlesticks slightly clinched. Its height measures 16.5 cm. The total weight is approx. 371 grams.
