Description

A high grade Third Charter note from this Bristol County location that, amazingly, played host to a total of eight note-issuing National Banks. This pretty $5 is from the first of those eight banks and issued large notes only before closing in 1925. Bold embossing, vivid color, and dark pen signatures are found on this pleasing example that is very close to the full gem grade.
