Description

This is a clean and crispy choice VF blue seal from The Clearfield National Bank. It comes with a small envelope with a pen inscription "$10.00 bill with father's signature when he was in the bank." So it is safe to assume this is from the Mitchell family, if I am correctly deciphering the lightly inked blue stamped signatures.
