Sailor made model of a merchant ship lying in port, carved wood with original paint decorated surfaces. Details include standing and running rigging, capstan, deck houses, life boats, fighting platforms, wheel, figure head of a man “Albert?” and rudder. Mounted in its original case of pine and mahogany with original glass. The floor has a shore lined with "Rocks" and a longboat tied to them.
