Reputated folk art artist, born 1943, Dinghai JinTang. Xu Zhong Fong began painting in 1983. In 2005, he was named the top ten folk artists by Dinghai Distict. Later in 2009, he was titled the batch of Zhejiang outstanding folk art talent. In 2010, Xu ZhongFong was crowned the top ten folk art painter by Zhejiang Provincal Artist Assocation and referred as the "grassroots painter". _x000D_
