Description
ASSORTED UNMARKED, UNDECORATED AMERICAN STONEWARE ARTICLES, LOT OF FIVE, salt-glazed, comprising one cork-top canning jar; three crocks, one attributed to Strasburg, Virginia with formed rim and tooling around the foot; and a pot with handle and an incised "4" on the obverse. Second half 19th century. 7 5/8" to 9 1/2" H.

Condition
Excellent to good, two large chips to rim on one, three hairline cracks to larger pot and chipping to interior rim, chipping to the base of attributed Strasburg, Virginia crock, all with firing imperfections, as made.
