19th century with modern table fittings, wrought iron gate with lion mask mount and signature panel "D. Petit & Co. Philada", arrow ornaments and original door catch, now in black-painted steel frame and heavy glass top, 17-1/4 x 42-1/2 x 33-1/4 in., generally good condition with later surface paint and evidence of pitting, some traces of gilding or gold paint, modern frame generally good condition with light abrasions.
