This unusual and rare dispenser has three pieces with a metal and china base, bowl, and lid. The base and bowl are nearly perfect with no wear, and event he plated support legs and collar have only minimal plating wear or tarnish. The lid fits perfectly, but has seen chip repair and clear coating. The golds and colors are as strong as can ever be found on a 115 year old dispenser. Condition (Near Mint). Size 20" T.
