Description
18th century, Qianlong period, Qing dynasty. The tall imperial yellow glass vases with carved phoenixes and birds flying among peony and prunus branches, one base with incised four character Qianlong mark, mounted on pierced hardwood bases. Provenance: From a Washington D.C. Collection. The vases without stands approx. 14 1/2 by 4 3/4 in., 37 by 12 cm.
