An early 19th century Dutch silver straight-sided navette shaped tea caddy by Nathanel Teute (entered 1796-1811), Amsterdam 1804, with a ribbed cone shaped finial and beaded band to the domed cover, beaded rim and foot rim, presentation engraved beneath, 13.5cm (5 1/4in) high, 325g (10.45 oz) Engraved as a christening gift: Ter gedachtenis van de Geboorte van Sara Elisabeth van Eyndhoven voorgevallen op den 24sten van Maart 1808 is dit aan haar Vereerd door haare waardige Grootmoeder Elisabeth Brouwer, Weduwe Aarnout van Eyndhoven.
