Chinese, early 19th century. A framed porcelain hand painted plaque depicting a black and white feathered bird on the stem of a flowering plant surrounded by blooms and pods, with three lines of calligraphic marks to left with two red square seal marks. Plaque in an ebonized wooden frame decorated with scrolls and an iron c form handle to top. Overall approximately 24 5/8" x 15 3/4".

Porcelain is excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs. Plaque has not examined outside the frame.
