Standard WWI shell produced by British factory for American forces. Referred to as the 'Brodie' helmet. Excellent pigskin chin strap and oil cloth liner. Exterior is period painted in multi color camouflage panels. Painted finish is very good and well preserved showing only storage dust. No damage or abuse. Helmet is named in pencil on the inner rim and worthy of research. Outstanding example. We are happy to offer in-house shipping for all but very large or very fragile items. Some international orders may need to be handled by a third party shipper. Handling and materials fees begin at $7 per box for items under 12 inches.
