Description

Baltimore & Ohio Railroad ~ "Centenary" pattern china plate with "Shield" back – It measures 8 3/4”. Sometimes this is described as 9”. This earlier Scammell's Lamberton plate features the full shield backstamp. The front has the Harper's Ferry, West Virginia theme with locomotives surrounding the rim. This plate also has the desireable “Pat Appl For” marking under the shield.
