Highly detailed diorama showing the America’s Cup yacht Rainbow leading the English yacht Endeavour. This museum quality was put together by noted artist William Hitchcok whose preparation of water in his dioramas is well-known. The models have planked decks and turned brass fittings. Both vessels have crews on board and all sails are set fitted to a custom mahogany case. 53” long x 25” wide x 67” high.
