Depicted are impressions of Vienna, New Mexico, Como and Montreux. The four prints are framed under passe-partout. On the reverse of the frame a label shows the signatures by the artists and the edition number ‘11/12’. The number ‘1523F’ is visible above. The work is in good condition. The frame shows minimal nicks on the edges. The overall size is 104.5 x 43.7 cm.

Clegg and Gutman have studied at the School of Visual Arts in New York and worked together since 1980. They deal with photographic and filmic stagings as well as with object installations in public spaces. The active participation of the viewer is an important and almost a consistent element in the installations of the artist couple.
