The Wedgwood inkstand bears scattered minor pin-tip sized spots of surface debris (some removeable). The inner lid is stained to half of the lip. There is a pen-tip sized ash inclusion on the top of the lid, in one of the leaves from firing. The insert sustains a 1" chip to the porcelain on the underside of the rim and there are various small pitting spots from firing. Some of these spots have darkening. Also, the glaze is not completely coating the crevices on the scroll form handle. The base outer and inner rim is inkstained. On the underside where the feet connect with the base, there are several small cracks to the glaze only.
