Very good condition

During the Revolution of 1917, which ended the Czarist regime in Russia, and during the subsequent period, the State Porcelain Factory St. Petersburg, formerly the Imperial Porcelain Manufactory, produced primarily narrative porcelain for propaganda purposes, ranging from plates to figurines. Many major artists of the Russian avant-garde, such as Vasily Kandinsky and El Lissitzky, created designs for these porcelain wares. The present plate also dates to this period and pay homage to the Soviets councils.

Condition:

The plate is in very good condition with light signs of wear. The diameter is 24 cm. (tfa)
