Visual: Very fine stable craquelure scattered throughout including a heavier horizontal line of cracking along the upper left edge. A scratch in the paint layer in the lower right, approximately 1.5''. Tacking edges removed when lined. New stretcher bars. Blacklight: Scattered dots of touch-up on the peacock's chest and along the outline of the chest. Three scattered areas of touch-up in the upper sky. A few scattered dots of touch-up in the upper right, a few scattered spots of touch-up beneath the peacock near the fruit in the lower center. A vertical area of scattered touch-up in the left center approximately 5'' x 2.5'' along with a few other dime and quarter areas in the same vicinity. Scattered spots of touch-up lower left. Crack-fill scattered on the fruit lower center. An area of possible touch-up or paint reinforcement in the upper left approximately 2'' x 3''. Heavy varnish layer.
